This notice sets out what personal data we hold about you, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are the controller of that data.
What we collect, and why

Payment details
We never see or store your card details. Payment happens entirely on the payment provider’s hosted page, and only the result of the transaction reaches us.
How long we keep it
- Tax invoices, credit notes and receipts: five years, as the UAE Federal Tax Authority requires. These cannot be deleted on request.
- Account details and addresses: for as long as your account exists, then anonymised when an erasure request is carried out.
- Audit log: an append-only record kept for accountability, no longer attributable to you once an erasure is carried out.
- Consent records: kept so we can show what you agreed to, and when.
Your rights
You can see your data, correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent at any time. All of it lives in your account privacy settings: download a complete copy of your data immediately, raise an erasure request, and change what we send you.
An erasure request is reviewed by a person, because some financial documents must be kept by law. We tell you what was erased, what remained, and why.
Cookies and storage
We use storage that is strictly necessary to sign you in, keep your cart and remember your language — the site cannot work without it. Analytics and marketing run only with your consent, which you can change at any time in your privacy settings.
