These terms apply to every order placed through this site. Please read them before you buy — placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed. Until then your cart is a proposal, and we may decline an order where stock has run out or the details cannot be verified.

Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the page. VAT is calculated according to the place of supply and shown before payment. The tax invoice is issued to the trade name and TRN held on your account, so please make sure those are correct before you buy.

Made-to-order uniforms

• We send a proof for approval before production. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
• Approving a proof means accepting the sizes, colours and print or embroidery placements exactly as shown on it.
• Slight shade variation between fabric batches can occur and is not a manufacturing defect.

Advance and balance

Made-to-order work may require an advance payment before production starts and the balance before dispatch. The split is stated on the quotation and on the order.

Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and run from proof approval and payment, not from the order date. We tell you about any material delay.

Cancellation and returns

Cancellation and return rights are set out in full in the returns and refunds policy.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights in the logos and artwork you upload, and grant us a licence to use them solely to fulfil your order. You confirm you are entitled to use them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
